Nasi Lemak - Chong Hwa Sri Gombak
A plate of nasi lemak may just cost RM3.00. Careful purchasing of all the ingredients may bring it closer to RM2.50. Off course I have excl3ded the indirect costs. A plate of nasi lemak in a cafe/bistro may set you back RM12. Is there money to be made? It's a resounding yes.
My favorite is in this corner lot famous for their curry noodles. Chong Hwa's Nasi Lemak cost just RM6.50 but they are big in generosity. Good size curry chicken, fragrant lemaky rice with good pickings of peanuts, anchovies and half an egg.
