Pasembor - sweet sauce, I prefer a more savoury, spicier taste
Char Kuay Tiaw Penang-style (darker in colour) - Tasted sweeter with dark and light soya sauce

Char Kuay Tiaw Ipoh-style (lighter in colour) - Tasted bland with light soya sauce and emphasis on the fragrance of the 'wok'

Fish Head Bee Hoon Penang-style - Clear Soup with NO Carnation Evaporated Milk
Cendol - My dessert fix with lots of Santan
