San Ching San Hokkian Mee - Kepong

A time to eat well. As usual the Hokkien Mee was tops, the yolks bound the sauces and brought new highs to this humble plate of fat noodles. They are also a firm believer of the lard. Freshly fried and just enough fat left to be enjoyed. The smell of animal fat promised a good plate of noodles.

It's back to McDonald's in times past where the French Fries deep-fried with animal fat was the western version of this well-loved Hokkien Mee.

Another good pot would be the the Lala in soup. The meat was thick and delectable, the soup rich in Chinese wine should be bottomed up. And the deep-fried Nam Yee Chicken has pungency from the sauce and the taste from the combination of marinate.
