Restaurant Long Sing, Nilai

2 hours to get from Ayer Keroh to Nilai for this iconic Foochow restaurant with award winning dishes. It was a slow crawl during the seasonal holidays. But it was worth it. Three Foochow dishes plus a bowl of Monk Jump Over the Wall.

Stylish food and ample space for parking, cool environment and ambiance. Highly recommended esp the diehard Foochow food aficionados.

Chicken cooked in claypot with the residue from the production of Foochow red wine
Pseudo shark fin with crabmeat stirred fried I to egg omelette. Lettuce used as wrapper
Fish Maw with bamboo shoots, Foochow style, sweet and sour
Beehoon with braised pork belly, shrimps and fish slices
Monk jumped over the wall, abalone, dried scallop, fish maw, sea cucumber and mushrooms
Foochow style Dong Po Yoke - Pork belly in dark soy sauce
