McDonald Lunch Stimulus Package - 34 to 37% off McValue Meals

Picture was screen grabbed from McDonald website.
I expect the market leader to lead. And McDonald delivered. I wonder how the rest will response! Don't worry. I am not paid in any way. Just feeding on my liking to its food quality and service, restaurant cleanliness, willingness to adapt to changing times, habits and taste.

Starting today - 4 McValues are sold at RM5.95. It is a 34 - 37 % discount to their Double Cheeseburger, Chicken McNuggets, McChicken and Filet-O-Fish.

Only available for Lunch 12 noon - 3pm weekdays (also weekends now). Office workers will appreciate this as they will eat in air-con and some with Wi-Fi restaurants. Mind you, Chap Fan (Mixed Rice with 3 dishes) and a soft drink will easily cost RM6.00 or more.

Not available for McDelivery.

I hope to also take a closer look on how McDonald as a whole is changing in their menu and also delivery in my next blog plus some pictures of their Lunch stimulus package.

POSTSCRIPT:
I had my lunch. I ordered exactly what I always do - my favourite Medium McValue Double Cheese Burger with a Chocolate Sundae. Total RM9.40 (+tax) instead of RM12.85 (+tax). A savings of RM3.45.

No big fan of McDs but I do agree that this is a great move - other food chains should emulate. Only hope that this won't translate into smaller burgers and inferior ingredients!

I think McD has did a good job. Maybe Malaysia still has not feel the "downturn", as places like Hong Kong, Singapore and China has started price reduction long before to stimulate spending. Over here, for CNY itself, prices for food especially has gone up so much.Poor consumer like us have to suffer ya!

SG... I agree that top to bottom most businesses is not reducing.
