Gumati Villa, Indonesia - The City?

I was pleasantly surprised to see this new villa. The last I dropped by in this city was 2 1/2 years ago. Situated on the crest of a hill this is the latest addition to the landscape of this city of 3 million. This building was built on a hillock overlooking a river, railway track and the older residential side of town. It's a resort with convention and meeting rooms together with a cafe and restaurant. Can you guess the city the villa is in?

Clues:
1) King Rama V of Thailand visited this place in 1870, 1896 and 1901. It had the biggest and most advance botanical garden at that time in Asia. Try not to google for the answer.

2) Surrounded by 5 hills (most famous being Puncak) the area is cool and wet.

Villa right wing with beautiful fountain and cascading waterfall
Overlooking the railway trackOver the river that came from the mountains

HH... Bogor. About 65km from Jakarta.

CampC... I thought it starts from USD65/night/room. Did not check the rooms.

TNG... It is accepted that Bogor is surrounded by 5 mountains and the most famous will be Puncak Mountain. Bogor is rich in bio-diversity.
