Klang Bak Kut Teh - Kee Heong at Taman Eng Ann

This one for the locals near the morning informal wet market. Thick Klang Bak Kut Teh broth ie sweet and tasty without strong herbal aroma. All their various cuts were done just right. Here we had  the "big bone", knuckle, toes and shoulder.

There were much "chews" left of the skin and tendons from the knuckle, toes, lean meat and fat. So enjoy your food which is meant yo be chewed. The food is unlike some that were stewed and cooked till jelly-like. So don't expect it to be soft and pillowy but fear not it would not take your teeth out.

I must mentioned the claypot supposedly dry BKT was not dry. It still has quite sauces to spare. And I enjoyed scrapping bottom and scooping it up and mixing it with my rice. Delightful
