Quick Bites - Japanese at Village Grocer - Citta Mall, Ara Damansara
A quick good meal has never been that quick and easy. A Japanese Ika Teriyaki Don (RM18.90) on the go. Though it is not a hot meal, I thought it came close. Plus points arrived in the form of the aesthetic and practicality.
Somehow the dark pinkish hues of the squid drew my attention hook, line and sinker. It looked healthy, fresh and perceived as prepared by the hands of a seasoned cook.
Picked up a cold-brewed (drip) coffee (RM8.90) LifeJuice just outside the Village Grocer. Specialty Latin and African Beans. So, cold brewing is supposed to have no bitter oils and harmful acids. It is definitely smooth and aromatic without the bite.
